Freezin' for a Reason!
Polar Plunge for Special Olympics is back!
Presented by the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run, the annual Polar Plunge is a fun opportunity to support Special Olympics Ontario athletes by taking a flying leap – a leap into very cold water! Register, dare a friend, donate, fundraise…every little bit supports an amazing cause.
Fundraising opportunity for registered SOO athletes and volunteers! 75% of your online fundraising will go to your club or community of choice. You MUST indicate the club or community you want your fundraising directed to when you register to ensure funds are allocated correctly.
The plunge will take place Saturday, January 18 at St. Clair College – Thames Campus in Chatham.
There are two chances to plunge:
Afternoon Plunge – 2:00 PM
Night Plunge – 6:00 PM
Registration – $50 or fundraise $100 to waive registration fee
Every Plunger receives a fleece-lined buff (pic coming soon)

RAISE $150 – Coming soon
RAISE $300 – Coming soon
All plungers that fundraise over $700 are automatically entered into a draw the day of the plunge to win one of the following prizes:
- Gamers Racing Chair
- Men’s Oakley Sunglasses
- Woman’s Vogue Sunglasses
- One night – King Suite/Jacuzzi Suite – At Holiday Inn Express & Suites
